Fees & Insurance

Luke usually meets with clients on a fee-for-service basis. Please request a rate and discount chart for fees for different kinds of services, at Luke@AdamsTynan.org .

Luke also provides psychotherapy through several private health insurance panels. These include:​

Out-of-pocket rate in terms of psychotherapy-only: each session with Luke is £125 per clinical hour in the UK or $250 per clinical hour in the US for those who pay directly. There are also certain community discounts and bulk discounts, as well as some "sliding scale" spaces - please ask. 

 

Luke will also provide Superbills for you to bill your own health insurance if your plan will provide you some measure of reimbursement for private sessions. He also advises that you consult with your appropriate tax advisor to investigate the tax exemptions and deductibility of sessions, as these are potentially quite significant.​
